What you should do in the event of a loss:

Report your loss or damage as soon as possible    so that we may begin the claim process.

Phone us at 1-800-528-3162 for a property loss or 1-877-467-2252 for a liability claim.

Someone is available to take your call
                24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

When you call, please provide us with as much of the following information as possible:

Your name and policy number

When and what was damaged, and the location and nature of the loss             (wind, hail, fire, etc.)

Whether temporary repairs are necessary

Names and contact information for any other parties involved

Your contact information including work or cellular telephone numbers

                 Once your claim is submitted,                             an adjuster will contact you                                      and keep you informed                                  throughout the claim process.
